Org Of The Future Research Project
This project explores the how the digital maturity level of an organization and the decisions they make as an organization influence their higher revenue growths. The purpose of this research is to explore how the Client can integrate its business tools and educate their clients on how best to navigate inter-business relationships. After designing an in-depth market research study, we performed multiple regression analyses, analyzed the resulting data and developed a holistic framework to illustrate the approach that companies should take to make a successful digital marketing transformation and ensure competitive advantage. The conclusion came in 3 forms: 4 steps to achieving organizational excellence, identifying the right leaders and relationships to nurture to fuel organizational growth, and outlining a roadmap to successful digital marketing transformations.
